José founded Social Peak Media on a simple conviction: that the next great American market opportunity lives at the intersection of English and Spanish — and that most agencies were leaving it completely untapped. A Sacramento native and digital marketing veteran, he leads agency strategy, client growth, and the SaaS product portfolio. He’s the architect of the bilingual-first methodology that drives everything Social Peak does.

Alexandra Díaz
Alexandra Díaz is the person who makes sure Social Peak Media runs like a family and performs like a machine. As Co-Founder and Chief People and Culture Officer, she leads all hiring, team development, internal processes, and the culture systems that allow a small, bilingual team to deliver big-agency results. Alexandra believes that the best marketing starts from the inside — that a team which lives and breathes two cultures produces work no monolingual agency ever could.

Cel De Guzman is the operational heartbeat of Social Peak Media. As Operations Manager and Client Experience Lead, she keeps every project on time, every client informed, and every deliverable polished before it goes out the door. Cel is the first voice clients hear and the last line of quality control — the person who transforms strategy into reality, one campaign at a time.

From social media graphics that stop the scroll to brand videos that tell the full story, Natalia translates strategy into visuals that work in English, Spanish, and everything in between.

Natalia Corredor leads Social Peak Media’s expansion into the Latin American market and serves as co-manager of our sister agency, Social Peak Chile — the first digital marketing agency in Chile focused exclusively on dental clinics. With deep knowledge of both the US Hispanic market and Latin American business culture, she bridges two hemispheres, helping clients grow on both sides of the border.
